The stationary part of motor is one of the key parts of steam turbine generator. For high voltage and large-capacity synchronous Motors, a rotating magnetic pole structure is used. Since the capacity and voltage of the excitation part are often much smaller than the armature, the hub is installed on the stator and the main magnetic pole is installed on the rotor. The stator of the generator is mainly used to cut the magnetic field to generate voltage in the rotating magnetic field formed in the rotor.
The stator structure is very simple and usually consists of a core, a coil, a skeleton(some do not have), a lead, and a pull spring. The stator has two ways of wiring. One is a 4-wire type, the rotor string is connected between two stator windings, and the other is a 2-wire type. The two stator windings are connected and then connected to the rotor string. Then connect with the rotor string, (Connect the two lead lines of the 4-wire diagonal). The two wiring methods are different, but they can be used universally. There are two ways to draw wires: one is to draw soft lines; One is derived from the plug on the skeleton, which retains the skeleton when winding.
